About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Integrated Brand Marketing Manager – Retail & Services to join our dynamic team at CSC Generation. This full-time remote role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that enhance our in-store experiences and service-led offerings. As an Integrated Brand Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in connecting customer experiences with brand equity and driving commercial outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Develop integrated marketing strategies for retail programs and customer services that align with enterprise goals.
  • Translate customer behavior and store insights into actionable strategies that boost traffic, engagement, and conversion.
  • Create integrated briefs for various initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader brand priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Creative, Social, PR, and Store Ops to ensure cohesive messaging and execution.
  • Support quarterly and seasonal GTM planning with a focus on Retail & Services.
  • Track performance of initiatives and optimize future planning based on insights.
  • Foster strong partnerships with Retail, Store Operations, and Services teams to align marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in integrated marketing, brand marketing, or go-to-market roles within a consumer or retail organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop customer-led marketing strategies that connect brand storytelling to commercial outcomes.
  • Strong experience in creating integrated briefs that guide creative execution.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a matrixed environment.
  • Solid understanding of omnichannel marketing strategies.
  • Experience in supporting seasonal or quarterly GTM planning processes.
  • Strong strategic thinking and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using insights for optimization.
