In this Senior Group Product Manager remote position, you will empower everyday convenience through our tech platform, connecting millions of customers with thousands of restaurant and grocery partners worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Lead a team of 3 Product Managers across Canada and Europe, driving global strategy while maintaining hands-on execution.
• Develop courier compensation and incentive products that balance our 3-sided marketplace.
• Implement real-time dynamic pricing systems using ML-powered models to adjust courier pay based on live supply-demand signals.
• Design targeted incentive programs with time-windowed and zone-specific bonuses to address network imbalances.
• Oversee reactive compensation tools that adjust pay dynamically in response to unplanned events and real-time conditions.
• Champion engagement and rewards programs, including gamification systems and performance-based challenges.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in modern product management with a proven track record.
• 2+ years of experience leading and coaching teams, managing performance.
• Deep understanding of data science, ML optimization concepts, and real-time systems.
• Excellent communication skills to distill complex technical and business matters for diverse audiences.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal) with strong presentation skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the food delivery or logistics industry.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management best practices.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
