About the Role

DataForce by TransPerfect is seeking experienced Insurance Domain Experts (SME) to join our team in a fully remote capacity. As an Insurance Domain Expert, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development, evaluation, and enhancement of AI models across various insurance processes. This position allows you to leverage your expertise while collaborating with AI, data science, and product teams to drive innovation in the insurance sector.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps, biases, and limitations in existing AI models.
  • Validate AI outputs against real-world insurance practices to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Define key metrics and success criteria for model performance, contributing to continuous improvement.
  • Support data labeling and annotation efforts to enhance model training.
  • Assist in designing explainable AI frameworks that align with industry standards.
  • Stay current with insurance regulations and emerging AI applications to maintain compliance and relevance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of insurance operations.
  • Hands-on experience with AI algorithms and insurance analysis.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks governing the insurance sector.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
