Institutional Sales Representative - Remote
About the Role
Anchorage Digital is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Institutional Sales Representative - Remote to join our team. In this role, you will drive new business from institutional clients active in the digital asset industry, leveraging our advanced digital asset platform.
What You'll Do
- Drive new business sales for Anchorage Digital’s full suite of products, originating new mandates across client types, particularly focusing on crypto native firms such as protocols, VCs, and other buy-side firms.
- Originate and close a pipeline of opportunities across all of Anchorage Digital’s business lines including regulated custody, staking, and brokerage.
- Create a targeted strategy for your focus area, utilizing all internal resources available, from marketing to business operations and client experience.
- Lead client or product-specific campaigns or projects that will drive new business and enhance the Anchorage Digital offering.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Anchorage Digital, participating in industry events and building a network of clients and industry peers.
Requirements
- Institutional sales experience within digital assets, financial services, and/or SaaS, with a strong track record of closing deals and hitting targets.
- Direct crypto industry experience and a strong technical knowledge of digital assets.
- Ability to articulate Anchorage Digital’s unique value proposition and a strong network of institutional clients active in digital assets and/or fintech.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a similar role within a recognized crypto or financial services firm.
- Familiarity with the latest trends in digital assets and blockchain technology.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills.

Who Will Succeed Here
Proficient in Sales Strategy with a deep understanding of digital assets and financial services, capable of utilizing tools like Salesforce for CRM and sales tracking.
Self-motivated and results-driven with strong client relationship management skills, able to thrive in a fully remote work environment while maintaining consistent communication with clients and colleagues.
Demonstrated experience in SaaS sales, particularly in understanding and articulating the value proposition of digital asset platforms to institutional clients, combined with a consultative sales approach.
