Customer Support Coordinator - Remote Opportunity
About the Role

You will manage resolutions from start to finish, keeping customers informed throughout the process.
What You'll Do
- Act as a role model for customer service, demonstrating positive behavior and professionalism in all interactions.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints within the required SLA timeframe, ensuring timely communication and updates.
- Collaborate with various teams and subcontractors to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for reference and quality assurance.
- Continuously seek ways to improve customer engagement and service efficiency.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in the housebuilding industry is a plus.
- Proven ability to remain calm and resilient in challenging situations.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Additional qualifications in customer service or related fields.
