Customer Support Coordinator - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Support Coordinator to join our team remotely. At Taylor Wimpey, we don’t just build houses; we build futures. You will manage resolutions from start to finish, keeping customers informed throughout the process.

What You'll Do

• Act as a role model for customer service, demonstrating positive behavior and professionalism in all interactions.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints within the required SLA timeframe, ensuring timely communication and updates.
• Collaborate with various teams and subcontractors to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for reference and quality assurance.
• Continuously seek ways to improve customer engagement and service efficiency.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience in the housebuilding industry is a plus.
• Proven ability to remain calm and resilient in challenging situations.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Additional qualifications in customer service or related fields.
