About the Role

We are looking for an experienced F&B Service Manager to join our team at Hilton. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the entire F&B service team and manage all F&B operations, including Restaurant, Bar, Room Service, and Meetings & Events. As an F&B Service Manager, you will be responsible for a total net revenue of €5 million, ensuring excellence in service delivery and operational efficiency. You will work closely with the General Manager and other department heads to create a compelling culinary agenda for our F&B department.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage the F&B service team, ensuring high standards of service across all outlets.
  • Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets, ensuring consistent service flows before, during, and after service.
  • Monitor and continuously improve KPIs to achieve operational excellence.
  • Manage recruitment, training, and performance management of F&B staff.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and HACCP regulations.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement commercial plans to drive volume to both the restaurant and M&E.
  • Participate in financial planning and analysis to optimize labor costs and productivity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive leadership experience in F&B management, preferably in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
  • Strong operational knowledge of restaurant, bar, banquet, and guest service processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a significant asset.
  • Proficient in systems such as Micros, MS Office (Excel, Word), and POS reporting.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in developing social media plans for F&B promotions.
  • Knowledge of local labor legislation and fiscal regulations relevant to F&B.
  • Passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
