Management Information & Insights Analyst - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Management Information & Insights Analyst to join our team at Veriforce. This remote position offers you the opportunity to turn data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will play a crucial role in analyzing performance across the customer journey, enabling leaders to make informed decisions that enhance growth and retention strategies.

What You'll Do

• Analyze business data across the customer journey to identify trends, performance insights, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain sales forecasting and retention models to support strategic planning and business growth.
• Translate complex datasets into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports (including Power BI) to support performance monitoring and decision-making.
• Collaborate with teams across the organization to improve data quality, reporting processes, and CRM data standards.

Requirements

• Experience in a data analysis or analytics role.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience working with large datasets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to present data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques.
