About the Role

We are looking for an HR Specialist – Wellbeing and Inclusion to join our team at Spektrum Group. This HR Specialist remote position offers the opportunity to lead wellbeing and inclusion initiatives that significantly impact our workforce. You will be responsible for managing various projects aimed at enhancing employee wellbeing and fostering an inclusive environment.

What You'll Do

  • Lead ongoing Wellbeing and Inclusion projects, including the Wellbeing Fairs 2026 and the development of an Agency Psychological Safety approach.
  • Manage Wellbeing and Inclusion Communities, ensuring alignment with our strategy and identifying collaboration opportunities.
  • Support the development of the 2025 Annual Wellbeing and Inclusion Report, including data collection and analysis.
  • Develop and deliver briefings and awareness sessions on wellbeing and inclusion topics.
  • Coordinate the creation of internal and external communication materials, including brand identity packs and toolkits.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to promote wellbeing and inclusion initiatives.
  • Support other Organizational Development and Change (OD&C) activities as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in wellbeing and inclusion.
  • Experience managing and empowering Staff Resource Groups.
  • Proven track record in coordinating and delivering wellbeing and inclusion projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a positive growth mindset.
  • Organized and proactive in taking ownership of projects.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in managing change projects in wellbeing and inclusion.
  • Knowledge of Human Resources practices.
  • Previous experience using SharePoint.
