About the Role

Catena Clearing is seeking a People & Talent Lead - Remote to join our innovative team. As a People & Talent Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping our people function and enhancing team performance. What You'll Do

  • Lead recruiting efforts and define hiring standards for the organization.
  • Design and implement effective onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Establish performance and feedback mechanisms to enhance employee development.
  • Manage company operations and maintain internal documentation.
  • Work collaboratively in a dynamic startup environment, adapting to changes and challenges.
  • Focus on building people infrastructure without a predefined playbook.
  • Handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HR or people operations, preferably in high-growth startups.
  • Strong recruiting experience, managing candidate pipelines effectively.
  • Ability to think like an operator and improve processes continuously.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a startup environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Judgment and discretion in handling sensitive situations.
  • Proven track record in people operations or HR.
  • Ownership mindset with proactive problem-solving abilities.
