About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Manager - Remote to join our team at Jobgether. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional technical support to our clients in both English and French. As a Customer Support Manager - Remote, you will work from anywhere in the world, ensuring that our customers receive the assistance they need to thrive in their roles.
What You'll Do
- Provide live chat support in English and French, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients.
- Conduct customer training sessions in both languages to enhance user experience and product understanding.
- Help reduce churn by identifying upsell opportunities and addressing customer needs proactively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve knowledge bases and streamline support processes.
- Manage customer inquiries independently, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
- Work proactively in a dynamic startup environment, adapting to changing needs and challenges.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in B2B software support or Customer Success.
- 2+ years of experience in live chat support.
- Fluency in English and French is a must.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication skills and a knack for problem-solving.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a SaaS startup environment.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Knowledge of technical support best practices.
