About the Role
We are hiring a Healthcare Customer Service Representative - Remote to join our expanding team at RevCycle. This role offers you the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service while working from the comfort of your home. As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing inquiries related to billing and insurance, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and patients.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls and written communication.
- Manage inquiries related to billing and insurance, offering payment options to patients.
- Work remotely from your home or from our Marshfield, WI office.
- Maintain full-time hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST.
- Utilize multiple internal systems and tools for documentation and communication.
- Effectively resolve billing issues and communicate clearly with patients.
- Participate in training and maintain attendance and focus during work hours.

Requirements
- Prior experience in healthcare customer service is preferred.
- Knowledge of medical billing and coding is a plus.
- Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple applications.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Self-motivated and reliable in a work-from-home environment.
- Understanding of sensitive personal information and confidentiality.
- Prior supervisory experience is welcome but not mandatory.
