About the Role

We are hiring a Healthcare Customer Service Representative - Remote to join our expanding team at RevCycle. This role offers you the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service while working from the comfort of your home. As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing inquiries related to billing and insurance, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and patients.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls and written communication.
  • Manage inquiries related to billing and insurance, offering payment options to patients.
  • Work remotely from your home or from our Marshfield, WI office.
  • Maintain full-time hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST.
  • Utilize multiple internal systems and tools for documentation and communication.
  • Effectively resolve billing issues and communicate clearly with patients.
  • Participate in training and maintain attendance and focus during work hours.
  • Explore opportunities for career advancement within the company.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in healthcare customer service is preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical billing and coding is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple applications.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Self-motivated and reliable in a work-from-home environment.
  • Understanding of sensitive personal information and confidentiality.
  • Prior supervisory experience is welcome but not mandatory.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a call center environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and clearly.
  • Familiarity with healthcare systems and processes.
