What You'll Do

• Provide the highest level of recruiting and sourcing for healthcare clients.
• Perform both conventional and creative sourcing activities to identify available candidates.
• Increase the number of hires and retention rates of newly hired employees.
• Deliver exceptional internal client service and full recruiting support.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients and candidates.
• Leverage online recruiting resources and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness.
• Monitor job postings for quality control and provide complete information to candidates.

Requirements

• B.S. from an accredited university preferred.
• Highly organized and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Team player mentality with knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting processes.
• Excellent project management, writing, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with strong initiative and judgment.
