About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Support BCBA to join our team at Lighthouse Autism Center. This role is essential for providing high-quality support to our clients and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) while working remotely. As a Remote Support BCBA, you will play a critical role in enhancing the lives of children with autism through effective therapy and support.

What You'll Do

• Assist in caseload management alongside an in-center BCBA in Training.
• Provide supervision and support for clients and RBTs via Microsoft Teams.
• Deliver Telehealth services to clients, ensuring accessibility and quality care.
• Collaborate with in-center clinicians to maintain a cohesive approach to client care.
• Document supervision and billable hours accurately and efficiently.
• Stay updated on the latest behavior analysis studies and methodologies.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in behavior analysis.
• Active BCBA credential.
• Eligibility to supervise RBTs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in providing Telehealth services is a plus.
