Art Director - Remote Position at MAS

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Art Director - Remote to join our innovative team at MAS. As an Art Director, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our events, ensuring they resonate with audiences and reflect our clients' brand values. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while collaborating with a diverse team of creative professionals.

What You'll Do

• Lead the creative vision for events, establishing the overall look and feel.
• Create technical drawings and site layouts for event production and permitting.
• Oversee decor sourcing and provide direction to scenic vendors.
• Manage the build process to ensure quality and accuracy in line with design specifications.
• Provide onsite artistic direction to guarantee the accurate implementation of concepts.
• Mentor junior staff and oversee creative projects to foster their growth.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to deliver exceptional event experiences.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders to align on project goals.

Requirements

• 6+ years of proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar artistic role.
• A portfolio showcasing your work and creative capabilities.
• Experience working with Fortune 100 clients and integrated marketing.
• Strong graphic design skills and familiarity with event design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and leadership skills.
• Experience mentoring and cultivating creative teams.

Nice to Have

• Freelance experience or strong corporate client relationship background.
• Knowledge of current trends in event marketing and design.
