About the Role

We're looking for a highly driven Head of Product Marketing to join our team remotely. This role is pivotal as it sits at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing at Embrace, with ownership across our Web and Mobile RUM products. As the Head of Product Marketing remote, you will be part of a unique opportunity to build, not just maintain, our marketing strategies.

What You’ll Do

  • Own product marketing for our Web and Mobile RUM products, from positioning through launch and ongoing adoption.
  • Build and evolve go-to-market strategies for new products, features, and integrations in partnership with Product and Engineering.
  • Lead end-to-end product launches, including messaging, enablement, campaigns, and post-launch performance tracking.
  • Create sales enablement assets that help reps win, including pitch decks, battlecards, demos, competitive talk tracks, and pricing narratives.
  • Partner closely with EPD to translate technical capabilities into clear customer value and market differentiation.
  • Stay ahead of the competitive landscape across observability, RUM, performance monitoring, and adjacent platforms.
  • Develop customer-facing narratives through case studies, proof points, and customer marketing programs that support expansion and retention.
  • Be the voice of the customer by running market research, customer interviews, win-loss analysis, and persona development.
  • Craft clear, benefits-driven messaging that is technically credible and resonates with both technical and business buyers.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of product marketing experience in SaaS, preferably within observability, developer tooling, or infrastructure platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortability writing and speaking with people to help them solve their issues.
  • Proven track record of building sales enablement that materially improves deal outcomes.
  • Strong competitive instincts and experience positioning against well-known vendors.
  • Ability to balance strategy and execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Data-informed decision maker who uses customer and pipeline insights to guide priorities.
  • High ownership, low ego, and a genuine interest in helping teammates and customers succeed.
  • Willingness to travel for both customer-facing activities and quarterly internal team collaboration gatherings.

What We Offer

  • Competitive cash compensation in the $160K-$180K range.
  • Equity options as part of your compensation package.
  • Comprehensive benefits detailed on our careers page.
  • Opportunity to work with leading companies like The New York Times, Marriott, and Home Depot.
  • A culture that emphasizes continuous improvement and teamwork.
