About the Role

Wpromote is seeking a Head of Email and Lifecycle Marketing to lead our talented team and drive innovative solutions for our ambitious clients. As the Head of Email and Lifecycle Marketing remote, you will play a pivotal role in evolving our email marketing strategies into comprehensive lifecycle marketing solutions that encompass CRM strategy, loyalty programs, and marketing automation.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a team of 8+ individuals, fostering growth and development within a remote-first culture.
  • Lead the recruitment, retention, and professional development of the Email & Lifecycle Marketing team.
  • Drive the strategic use of AI and automation to enhance campaign planning and execution.
  • Develop multi-channel lifecycle programs that deliver measurable business impact.
  • Oversee the onboarding of new accounts and ensure quality and performance of all marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in email and lifecycle marketing, with at least 4 years in a management role.
  • Proven experience leading distributed teams and managing blended resourcing models.
  • Strong expertise in marketing automation and CRM strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with leading ESP, CRM, and CDP platforms.
  • Excellent communication and executive-level storytelling skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in pitching and expanding new business.
  • Knowledge of analytics frameworks for lifecycle performance.
  • Familiarity with advanced lifecycle campaign planning.
