What You'll Do

• Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
• Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, grocery shopping, and light housekeeping.
• Listen to and support clients, addressing their psychosocial needs and promoting their independence.
• Collaborate with colleagues in self-organizing teams to deliver high-quality care.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect for client privacy at all times.

Requirements

• Diploma in Caregiving or equivalent qualification.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for social interaction.
• Reliability and a commitment to maintaining client privacy.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends on a rotational basis.
• Access to personal transportation (bicycle, scooter, car, etc.).

Nice to Have

• Experience in a caregiving role or related field.
• Knowledge of local healthcare resources and community services.
• First aid certification.
