GTM Talent Acquisition Specialist - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are excited to announce an opening for a GTM Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team at Ideals. This remote position is an excellent opportunity for those looking to make a significant impact in a rapidly growing B2B SaaS company. As a GTM Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our ambitious goal of scaling operations, particularly within our Sales & Marketing functions across EMEA, LATAM, and the USA.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end global GTM hiring projects as a TA Specialist and project manager.
• Co-design the assessment process when needed: scorecards, interview plans, and evaluation tools.
• Maintain accurate analytics (pipeline health, conversion metrics, quality signals) and use insights to improve outcomes.
• Partner closely with the sourcing team to build strong pipelines and engage top talent proactively.
• Evaluate candidates’ competencies and values fit using structured methods (screening calls, CBI interviews, etc.).
• Deliver an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in global full-cycle recruitment (end-to-end hiring ownership).
• Experience hiring GTM roles (e.g., SDR, BDM/AE, CSM) in B2B SaaS.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher (written and spoken).
• Demonstrated focus on hiring quality, with a structured and deep assessment approach.
• Strong commitment to best-in-class candidate experience and consistently high hiring standards.
• Comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment with high autonomy and full project ownership.
• Data-driven mindset: ability to track funnel metrics, analyze conversion, and use insights to improve hiring outcomes.
• Stakeholder management: ability to advise hiring managers, run strong intakes, and influence decisions.
