Growth Marketing Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our team at the Institute of Project Management (IPM). This is a fully remote position where you will play a crucial role in scaling our marketing efforts and driving revenue growth. As a Growth Marketing Manager remote, you will work closely with the founder and leadership team to transform our marketing execution into a performance-driven growth engine.

What You'll Own

• Develop and own the marketing strategy focused on revenue growth, pipeline, and conversion.
• Execute hands-on performance marketing across SEO, paid acquisition, funnels, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Manage paid channels including Google, Meta, and LinkedIn with clear ROI accountability.
• Prioritize and execute SEO strategies with existing resources.
• Design funnels, landing pages, and optimize conversion rates.
• Utilize analytics, attribution, and dashboards for weekly reporting.
• Improve lead quality, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and pipeline contribution.
• Lead the marketing team with a hands-on approach and provide direction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in growth or performance marketing.
• Strong background in SEO and paid acquisition.
• Experience in scaling funnels and improving conversion rates.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and an ownership mindset.
