About the Role

We are looking for a Growth Manager - Remote to join our innovative team at Airship. As a Growth Manager, you will lead the commercial strategy for our Enterprise customers, driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to collaborate with a diverse team across various locations.

What You'll Do

  • Own the commercial strategy and performance for assigned Enterprise accounts.
  • Lead all commercial motions, including pricing, packaging, proposal creation, negotiation, and contract execution.
  • Develop renewal and expansion plans that align with customer value, usage patterns, and strategic goals.
  • Drive renewal readiness by tracking key dates, securing timely signatures, and removing blockers.
  • Chase outstanding invoices with customers to ensure payment.
  • Analyze adoption trends and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Client Experience Managers to understand customer health.
  • Participate in strategic business reviews and create commercial proposals and deal structures.
  • Manage forecasting and pipeline accuracy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales or commercial roles.
  • Strong negotiation and pricing skills.
  • Track record of achieving revenue goals.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively.
  • Proven ability to build trust at the executive level.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience analyzing customer usage and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Familiarity with marketing technology and proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce.
