• Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary UK creative team.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in creative or design leadership.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling.
• Deep understanding of branding and design systems.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience in fintech or high-growth consumer brands.
• Experience localizing brands for the UK market.
