Growth Analyst - Offline Media for FoodTech Company
About the Role
We are seeking a Growth Analyst - Offline Media to join our dynamic team at CookUnity. As a Growth Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence and driving customer acquisition through various offline media channels. This Growth Analyst remote position offers the opportunity to work with a passionate team dedicated to revolutionizing the food industry.
What You'll Do
- Execute day-to-day campaign management across CookUnity's offline media channels including Linear TV, CTV, Online Video, Radio, Streaming Audio, and Podcasts.
- Support media planning, budget allocation, and pacing oversight; monitoring performance daily and flagging risks or opportunities to senior leadership.
- Own campaign trafficking, creative asset management, and quality assurance to ensure campaigns launch correctly and run smoothly.
- Build and maintain performance dashboards that track key metrics (impressions, CPM, CPV, reach, frequency, brand lift) with accuracy and clarity.
- Execute structured testing plans developed by senior team members from creative rotation to daypart optimization to audience targeting experiments.
- Collaborate with agency partners on campaign setup, optimization requests, and performance reporting.
- Support development of media recommendations by conducting competitive analysis, audience research, and channel performance deep-dives.
- Stay current on offline media industry trends, platform updates, and emerging channels bringing fresh ideas and learning opportunities to the team.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in media planning, digital marketing, or growth marketing roles ideally with some exposure to offline channels (TV, CTV, Audio, Podcasts).
- Advanced English skills.
- Analytical foundation with strong Excel skills and comfort working with data to build clean dashboards, spot trends, and diagnose performance issues.
- Demonstrated interest in media measurement and attribution.
- Detail-oriented and organized; able to manage multiple campaigns and vendors without dropping threads.
- Strong communication skills to synthesize complex data into clear insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Intellectually curious and commercially minded.
