As a Graphic Design Associate, you will play a crucial role in guiding our clients through the infinite creative space, helping them grow their businesses with stunning visuals.

What You'll Do

• Create and deliver high-quality designs based on client briefs in a timely manner.
• Maintain a client-first attitude, ensuring that all designs align with the clients’ needs and expectations.
• Focus on accuracy and attention to detail in all design outputs.
• Engage with clients to understand their brand and preferences, ensuring your designs resonate with their vision.
• Collaborate with the founders and supervisors to enhance work processes and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients via email and troubleshoot any issues independently.
• Work full-time following a regular schedule, while enjoying the flexibility of working from anywhere.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design and client interaction.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design, animation, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma) and MS PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects, InDesign, or Premiere Pro is a plus.
• Strong written English skills and familiarity with basic marketing principles.
• Excellent attention to detail, observation skills, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Access to a reliable internet connection and an updated computer capable of handling design software.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Canva and other design tools.
• Knowledge of spreadsheets and data management.
