Belkins Group is seeking a driven and multilingual Sales Development Representative to join our team on a freelance basis. This German-speaking Sales Development Representative remote position allows you to work with a globally recognized industry leader while building strong connections and opening new opportunities for clients. What You'll Do
- Drive cold calling at scale in high-volume campaigns as a Sales Development Representative remote.
- Own outbound outreach with a focus on multi-touch strategies.
- Handle objections and guide prospects through conversations effectively.
- Track and analyze KPIs to improve outreach performance.
- Leverage tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zoho to enhance your sales process.
- Collaborate with international clients and share valuable insights about the DACH market.
- Stay updated on outreach tactics and continuously refine your sales skills.
Requirements
- Fluent in German and English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
- Proven cold-calling experience in the DACH region.
- 2+ years of experience as an SDR or BDR.
- Comfortable working with KPIs and targets.
- Clear and natural communication skills.
- Ability to work across time zones.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mentality.
- Tech-savvy with CRM systems and sales tools.
