About the Role

Belkins Group is seeking a driven and multilingual Sales Development Representative to join our team on a freelance basis. This German-speaking Sales Development Representative remote position allows you to work with a globally recognized industry leader while building strong connections and opening new opportunities for clients. You will be fully remote, enabling you to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

What You'll Do

• Drive cold calling at scale in high-volume campaigns as a Sales Development Representative remote.
• Own outbound outreach with a focus on multi-touch strategies.
• Handle objections and guide prospects through conversations effectively.
• Track and analyze KPIs to improve outreach performance.
• Leverage tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zoho to enhance your sales process.
• Collaborate with international clients and share valuable insights about the DACH market.
• Stay updated on outreach tactics and continuously refine your sales skills.

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
• Proven cold-calling experience in the DACH region.
• 2+ years of experience as an SDR or BDR.
• Comfortable working with KPIs and targets.
• Clear and natural communication skills.
• Ability to work across time zones.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mentality.
• Tech-savvy with CRM systems and sales tools.
