General Manager - Remote Opportunity at LUV Car Wash

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated General Manager to join LUV Car Wash, a rapidly growing company with over 80 locations across six states. This General Manager remote opportunity will allow you to lead our mission to become the best car wash in the industry. You will be responsible for overseeing all site operations, including staff recruitment, customer service, and driving sales. Join us and make a significant impact!

What You'll Do

• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to ensure operational excellence.
• Create a culture of accountability and adherence to LUV’s operational procedures.
• Partner with the District Manager to drive sales and implement strategic community outreach initiatives.
• Manage site compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
• Ensure superior customer service by fostering genuine connections with customers.
• Oversee payroll and commission submissions to ensure timely processing.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain LUV standards of service.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively to enhance customer retention.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree in business management or hospitality is a plus.
• A minimum of three years of management experience, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality sector.
• Experience in the car wash or automotive industry is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Nice to Have

• Experience with budget planning and forecasting.
• Familiarity with HR processes related to disciplinary actions.
• Knowledge of customer relationship management systems.
