Frontend UI/​UX Developer - AI-Driven Design

About the Role

Ruby Labs is looking for a talented Frontend UI/UX Developer to join our innovative team. This is a unique opportunity to work remotely and leverage AI-driven design tools to create compelling user interfaces. As a Frontend UI/UX Developer, you will independently craft and implement interface solutions, focusing on user experience and design principles.

What You'll Do

• Create UI concepts from scratch based on product requirements, references, or ideas without relying on existing designs.
• Utilize AI-powered UI tools (such as Hero UI Chat, Lovable, and Figma AI) to enhance design exploration and prototyping.
• Translate product requirements into intuitive, structured, and visually appealing interfaces.
• Implement UI using modern technologies including Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
• Build reusable component-based UI structures that ensure visual consistency and responsiveness.
• Take full ownership of UI delivery, from concept to final implementation.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of UI/UX fundamentals, including layout, spacing, typography, and usability.
• Experience in creating interfaces independently, without relying on designers or pre-made files.
• Familiarity with AI tools for UI generation and exploration.
• Basic experience with Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
• Ability to interpret requirements and deliver effective UI solutions.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with design systems.
• Experience in building reusable component libraries.
• Background in D2C or product-oriented environments.
• Strong awareness of accessibility and usability standards.
