About the Role

We are looking for a talented Frontend UI/UX Designer - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the user experience of our innovative LegalTech products. You will collaborate closely with product managers and developers to create intuitive and engaging interfaces that enhance user satisfaction and drive business success.

What You'll Do

  • Design and implement user-friendly interfaces for web applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Utilize component-based architecture and design systems to streamline the development process.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to continuously improve our products.
  • Work in an agile environment, participating in sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on their work.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Framer.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with legal agreements and the LegalTech industry is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with motion graphics and 2D graphic design.
  • Knowledge of Vue.js and Tailwind CSS.
  • Understanding of product analytics and data analysis.
