About the Role

Yumata Consulting GmbH is seeking a talented Freelance UX/UI Designer to join our remote team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects in the finance and insurance sector. As a Freelance UX/UI Designer, you will develop user-oriented UX concepts for digital applications, platforms, and services, ensuring a seamless user experience.

What You'll Do

• Design wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and interaction concepts that enhance user experience.
• Conduct research and testing phases to continuously optimize usability and improve design solutions.
• Collaborate closely with strategy, creative, and development teams while maintaining direct communication with clients.
• Advise on UX standards, best practices, and innovative solutions to meet client needs.
• Utilize tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch to create high-quality design deliverables.
• Apply your solid knowledge in usability, information architecture, and human-centered design to elevate project outcomes.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and conceptual skills with a focus on quality and detail.
• Work independently and reliably in a remote environment while fostering team spirit and effective communication.

Requirements

• Several years of practical experience in UX Design, ideally within finance or insurance projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Strong understanding of usability principles, information architecture, and human-centered design methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills with a keen eye for quality.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while being a team player.

Nice to Have

• Experience with agile methodologies and collaboration tools.
• Knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
• Familiarity with user testing and research methodologies.
