Freelance UX Researcher - Remote

We are looking for a Freelance UX Researcher to join our team at Red Ventures. As a Freelance UX Researcher, you will play a pivotal role in validating solutions for our web and mobile projects, ensuring that our users receive the best possible experience. Your work will directly impact how we enhance our services and engage with our audience.

What You'll Do

• Conduct moderated and unmoderated studies to validate solutions for web and mobile projects.
• Translate insights into actionable product and design recommendations.
• Perform surveys, user interviews, and consumer research to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Identify new opportunities for our business based on user research findings.
• Analyze and synthesize user data, presenting findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Utilize tools such as Userlytics, UserTesting, Dovetail, Google Analytics, and SurveyMonkey to gather and analyze data.
• Work independently and remotely, demonstrating self-starter capabilities.
• Maintain a portfolio with case studies that highlight both quantitative and qualitative research impacts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX research, both qualitative and quantitative.
• Strong data synthesis skills with a focus on actionable findings.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with user research tools such as Userlytics, UserTesting, Dovetail, GA, and SurveyMonkey.
• A portfolio showcasing case studies with performance impact.

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, travel, or loyalty/rewards sectors.
• Familiarity with credit card rewards or loyalty programs.
