What You'll Do

• Design beautiful user interfaces for e-commerce websites, ensuring a seamless user experience.

• Develop style boards and key visuals that align with brand identity.
• Build complex Design Systems and project documentation to maintain design consistency.
• Map requirements to application functionality, ensuring user needs are met.
• Construct information architecture that enhances usability and accessibility.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong focus on e-commerce.
• An outstanding portfolio of digital products showcasing your design capabilities.
• Excellent knowledge of e-commerce design patterns and trends.
• Fluent in English and Polish at B2+ level, with strong communication skills.
• Ability to convince stakeholders and present design concepts effectively.
• Strong knowledge of UX principles and best practices.
• Creativity and independent thinking to develop innovative solutions.
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility rules to ensure inclusive design.

Nice to Have

• Experience with modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Experience in user research and usability testing.
