What You'll Do

• Assist clients by quoting travel requests, including transfers, accommodations, tours, and activities.
• Manage issues or inconveniences that arise during trips, including complaints and refunds.
• Create detailed itineraries and all necessary documentation to meet client needs.
• Input data into our software and keep client files updated and organized.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills to enhance client satisfaction.
• Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Adapt to new technologies, processes, and social networks to improve service delivery.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and multitasking abilities.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to focus on tasks effectively.
• Problem-solving skills to address client needs and challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to the travel industry.
