What You'll Do

• Manage online interviews and ensure successful project completion.
• Be the point of contact for technical platform issues.
• Prepare respondents for scheduled interviews.
• Facilitate interviews and provide troubleshooting support.
• Support moderator and interpreter trainings.
• Document technical issues and resolutions.
• Stay updated on product features and improvements.
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Fluency in German or Japanese is required.
• Experience with qualitative online platforms is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Apple operating systems.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to communicate technical steps clearly and effectively.
• Well-developed analytical skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional time management skills and self-motivation.
