About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Freelance D2C Supply Chain & Data Assistant to join our fully remote pet brand. In this role, you will support and optimize our supply chain by coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners, managing inventory flows, and working with data to support our Supply Chain team in forecasting and operational planning. This Freelance D2C Supply Chain & Data Assistant position offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment where your contributions will directly impact our operations.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain daily communication with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to align processes and swiftly resolve any bottlenecks.
  • Monitor, automate, and optimize data across our supply chain systems to ensure accuracy and performance.
  • Coordinate product branding and packaging specifications with our suppliers to ensure all products meet the desired quality standards.
  • Support the evaluation of potential new products and coordinate with suppliers throughout the sourcing process.
  • Conduct data analysis on inventory databases, purchase orders, and other areas to support forecasting and operational planning.
  • Engage in endless growth opportunities and take on projects that align with your interests and skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken; other languages are a big plus.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in supply chain, preferably with a D2C brand.
  • Available at least 20 hours a week during CET mornings.
  • Freelance registration is required.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with data analysis tools and supply chain management software.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems.
