Freelance CRO/​UX Expert - Remote Position

About the Role

We are looking for a Freelance CRO/UX Expert to join our team and help significantly improve the conversion rates of our campaigns. As a CRO/UX Expert, you will work remotely and have the flexibility to design your working hours according to your lifestyle. This role is perfect for an experienced professional who has a deep understanding of user experience and conversion rate optimization.

What You'll Do

• Analyze and optimize landing pages focusing on performance KPIs such as conversion rate, closing rate, and bounce rate.
• Create and implement A/B tests and multivariate tests to enhance user engagement and conversion.
• Develop UX-optimized mockups that improve user guidance and overall experience.
• Utilize heatmaps, session recordings, and conversion tracking to gather data-driven insights.
• Recommend and set up suitable tools for testing and optimization to ensure effective results.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and development teams to implement optimizations that drive results.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in UX and conversion rate optimization techniques.
• Work approximately 16 hours per month on various projects.

Requirements

• Strong experience in landing page optimization with a focus on performance.
• Deep understanding of UX principles and expertise in user behavior and conversion psychology.
• Practical experience with mockup tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Balsamiq.
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization tools like VWO, Optimizely, or Google Optimize.
• Familiarity with heatmap and behavior tracking tools such as Hotjar or Crazy Egg.
• Knowledge of web analytics and tracking setups, including Google Analytics and GTM.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing and development teams.
