- Write articles typically ranging from 800 to 1,500 words, delivering around 5 new pieces per week.
- Research automotive topics thoroughly to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Collaborate with the editorial team on outlines and revisions to enhance article quality.
- Create content aligned with SEO best practices and Jerry’s style guide to maximize visibility.
- Update existing articles based on availability and changing automotive trends.
- Utilize your ASE certification or equivalent extensive hands-on experience to provide valuable insights.
- Communicate complex automotive topics in a simplified manner for our audience.
Requirements
- ASE-certified mechanic or equivalent extensive hands-on experience in the automotive field.
- Experience writing or editing automotive content is essential.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic SEO concepts is a must.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical topics clearly.
- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven to meet content delivery schedules.
