As a Field Sales Executive remote, you will play a crucial role in connecting chefs with our innovative digital marketplace, which aims to simplify the sourcing of high-quality ingredients. What You'll Do

• Engage with chefs and restaurant owners in the field, introducing them to our marketplace that enhances their culinary experience.
• Manage approximately 10-15 meetings each week, ensuring timely follow-ups and excellent customer service.
• Demonstrate our application to chefs in their own environments, showcasing how Saltz simplifies the ordering process.
• Utilize our CRM system to track your progress and collaborate with the team effectively.
• Plan your weekly schedule independently while working towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Requirements

• Experience in the gastronomy sector, whether through running a kitchen, managing a bar, or working in customer service roles.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a passion for building relationships in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in Polish and English, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Comfortable leading conversations and solving problems to close deals.
• Bonus: Fluency in additional languages, particularly Hungarian.

Nice to Have

• Previous sales internships or part-time roles in customer-facing positions.
