Business Development Representative (BDR) - German Speaking

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team at Secfix. This is a remote position, and we welcome candidates from Europe, ideally within +/- 2 hours of Germany (GMT+1). As a BDR, you will play a crucial role in expanding our SMB segment in the DACH region, helping us to become the leader in compliance automation. Your proficiency in the German language at a native or C2 level is essential for this role.

What You'll Do

• Engage in high-volume outbound sales efforts to drive growth in the SMB market.
• Collaborate with the Go-To-Market team to develop effective strategies for reaching potential clients.
• Utilize your knowledge of security compliance to communicate the value of Secfix's solutions.
• Work closely with two team members focused on SMB accounts to achieve sales targets.
• Contribute to the overall success of the team by sharing insights and best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (C2 level) is mandatory.
• At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced environment such as a startup, consulting, or sales.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping businesses succeed.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while being a team player.
• Familiarity with security compliance standards like ISO 27001, GDPR, TISAX, and SOC 2 is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and sales automation software.
• Understanding of the DACH market and its unique challenges.
