Framing Estimator - Construction Projects

About the Role

Rally Construction Group is looking for a detail-oriented Framing Estimator to join our team. This Framing Estimator role is crucial for supporting large residential projects in the Jacksonville and St. Augustine markets. As a Framing Estimator, you will evaluate project requirements and produce accurate cost estimates, ensuring that our projects are delivered on time and within budget.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate project requirements, produce accurate cost estimates, and support project planning and budgeting.
• Review project plans and collaborate with the team to determine project needs and financial parameters.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor services using industry-standard methodologies.
• Manage project budgets and timelines effectively, ensuring adherence to financial targets and project schedules.
• Source, negotiate, and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing and ensure resource availability.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of construction estimating experience, with a preference for candidates holding a Bachelor's Degree.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and construction estimation software.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and analyze project requirements to generate accurate cost estimates.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work onsite in our offices is a requirement for this role.
