Operational Excellence Specialist (Onboarding) - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking an Operational Excellence Specialist (Onboarding) remote to join our dynamic team at Oyster. This position allows you to work from anywhere while contributing to our mission of creating a more equal world through global employment.

What You'll Do

• Take ownership of the onboarding lifecycle, ensuring 100% accuracy in every phase.
• Execute onboarding tasks using Zendesk and the Oyster platform, adhering to best practices.
• Audit new hire documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Monitor and meet strict “Time to Resolution” targets to ensure timely onboarding.
• Act as the primary liaison for the customer service team, providing updates on task completion.
• Maintain and improve internal knowledge sources and customer self-service tools.
• Stay updated with product releases and provide feedback to enhance workflows.
• Identify bottlenecks and champion efficiencies to redefine operational excellence.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in high-volume data management or back-office operations.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and a strong work ethic.
• Customer-first mentality with a passion for ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in Zendesk or similar ticketing systems.
• Experience in improving team processes for a consistent customer experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a sense of humor.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus.
