What You'll Do

  • Lead demand generation efforts and build a pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy to enhance brand visibility.
  • Implement experimentation and analytics frameworks to measure marketing performance.
  • Manage LinkedIn advertising and optimize campaigns for ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with sales to align marketing efforts with pipeline goals.
  • Refine competitive positioning and messaging for different buyer personas.
  • Drive growth in the enterprise SaaS space with longer sales cycles.
  • Engage in field marketing initiatives to support enterprise pipeline.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in B2B growth or marketing.
  • Experience in enterprise or mid-market SaaS with longer sales cycles.
  • Background in a SaaS startup or high-growth tech company.
  • Proven experience launching and growing marketing channels from scratch.
  • Familiarity with AI, supply chain, ERP, or logistics technologies is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing.
  • Ability to manage LinkedIn and paid advertising strategies.
  • Collaborative mindset with sales teams to drive conversions.
