Microsoft Data Analyst (IER) - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Data Analyst (IER) - Remote to join our team at Spektrum. In this role, you will support the NATO Communications and Information Agency by providing specialized expertise in Information Exchange Requirements (IERs) and their integration into NATO systems. This is a unique opportunity to work with apex purchasers such as NATO, the UN, and national governments in the defense sector.

What You'll Do

• Support NATO's Information Exchange Requirements (IERs) Programme.
• Provide documentation and analysis using Microsoft Office tools.
• Integrate with the existing NATO team effectively.
• Work on deliverables related to IERs and data validation.
• Maintain high performance in a multinational military environment.
• Assist in governance and change management processes.
• Engage in data analysis to support taxonomy development.
• Communicate effectively with military stakeholders.
• Some travel to NATO sites may be required.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a business architect/analyst in a military context.
• Knowledge of Federated Mission Networking (FMN) and C3 Taxonomy.
• Expertise in Information Exchange Requirements (IERs).
• Familiarity with NATO's FMN Concept and Governance Framework.
• Ability to report and brief senior military stakeholders.
• Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and validation.
• Experience with Wiki and Issue Tracking Tools.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in international team settings.

Nice to Have

• Experience in project management.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of additional languages.
