About the Role

We are seeking a Finance Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team remotely. As a Finance Operations Specialist, you will leverage your expertise in financial processes, budgeting, and reporting to drive efficiency and accuracy in our financial systems.

What You'll Do

• Manage and optimize financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Conduct thorough financial reporting and analysis to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless financial processes.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to align with business objectives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in finance operations or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial systems and tools, including Xero and SQL.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with compliance regulations in the crypto and Web3 space.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Experience in the FinTech industry.
• Knowledge of blockchain technology and crypto regulations.
• Certification in finance or accounting (e.g., CPA, CFA).
