About the Role

We are seeking a Finance Integration Lead - Remote to join our dynamic team at Everfield. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the integration of financial systems and processes across our organization. As a Finance Integration Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless financial operations and reporting, contributing to our growth and success.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the integration of financial systems, ensuring compliance with HGB and IFRS standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial reporting and operations.
  • Utilize NetSuite ERP and other integration technologies to enhance financial data analysis.
  • Prepare budgets and conduct risk analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Manage event-driven workflows and serverless integration using Azure Integration Services.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in finance integration or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, and integration technologies.
  • Experience with NetSuite ERP and financial data analysis tools.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with EDI and healthcare finance integration.
  • Familiarity with API management and data integration techniques.
  • Knowledge of sales development and customer acquisition strategies.
