Salesforce Administrator - HR Service Link (Remote)

About the Role

PCG International is seeking a Salesforce Administrator - HR Service Link (Remote) to join our innovative consulting team. In this role, you will support the configuration and ongoing operation of HR ServiceLink built on Salesforce Service Cloud for a large public healthcare system. What You'll Do

• Configure and maintain Salesforce Service Cloud case management workflows.
• Build and manage case types, subtypes, routing rules, and approval processes.
• Implement and maintain workflow rules, validation rules, and automation.
• Support Separation Action Forms (SAF) workflows and HR service request processes.
• Configure Salesforce functionality supporting HR programs such as Learning Institute and Organizational Development.
• Manage data validation rules and configuration updates.
• Maintain system configuration as HR policies and workflows evolve.
• Support testing and deployment of new Salesforce enhancements.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and delivery teams on feature updates and improvements.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of Salesforce Administration experience.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Strong experience configuring case management workflows, automation, and workflow rules.
• Experience supporting enterprise Salesforce environments.
• Ability to manage multiple configuration updates and workflow changes simultaneously.

Nice to Have

• Experience with HR service delivery systems.
• Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and governance.
• Familiarity with data management and reporting in Salesforce.
