Field Action Remediation Specialist - Remote
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Field Action Remediation Specialist to implement remote software and firmware deployments, configure devices in RSS, and perform other remediation activities. This remote role requires deep technical skills, excellent customer service abilities, and meticulous documentation practices in an FDA-regulated environment. You will primarily support our customers based in the US, requiring downtime to occur at night.

Requirements
- High School Diploma (minimum education requirement)

- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Deep technical orientation with experience deploying proprietary and standard applications
- Experience with Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and domain security
- Analytical skills for logical troubleshooting of technical problems
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively
Nice to Have
- 3-5 years of service experience in troubleshooting and repair of electronic systems
- Knowledge of cloud computing, SQL, and Windows-Unix/Linux environments
- Experience with remote access tools and SQL scripting
- Experience working in FDA-regulated environments
