About the Role

We are seeking an Expert Network Project Coordinator - Remote to join our dynamic team at M3 USA. As an Expert Network Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing market research studies that enhance healthcare outcomes. This position offers you the chance to work remotely while contributing to innovative healthcare solutions.

What You'll Do

• Assist the Client Service team with the day-to-day management of market research studies, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage and control sampling and fieldwork for projects, executing end-to-end project tasks including link setup and quality checks.
• Address requests from the Support Team and stakeholders promptly to maintain project timelines.
• Attend project meetings to understand specifications and timelines, ensuring clarity and alignment.
• Host market research interviews and ensure timely execution of all project components.
• Track and report on sampling performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Design recruitment methodologies for projects, ensuring effective respondent engagement.
• Schedule respondents for interviews and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
• Support Project Managers with invoicing and project closure, ensuring all financial aspects are handled efficiently.
• Proactively seek solutions for project challenges, demonstrating strong critical thinking and initiative.

Requirements

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential for this Expert Network Project Coordinator - Remote role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is required.
• Basic math skills for calculating rates and metrics are necessary.
• Interest or experience in the healthcare space is a plus.
• Strong critical thinking and initiative are crucial for success in this position.
• Able to work autonomously and collaboratively within teams.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
