Senior A-123 Project Manager - Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior A-123 Project Manager - Remote to join our team at Trilogy Federal. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our federal clients, providing leadership and guidance to project teams while ensuring compliance with federal financial management standards. This is an exciting opportunity to drive innovative solutions for complex business challenges in the federal sector.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Apply your expertise in internal controls and federal financial management to enhance project outcomes.
• Manage and direct all A-123 activities, ensuring compliance with federal regulations.
• Oversee the development of business process cycle memos and support performance of internal controls testing.
• Evaluate internal control deficiencies and recommend improvements on procedures and processes.
• Prepare ad-hoc reporting and assist with special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• Experience as a Project Manager on an A-123 contract.
• Minimum of six years managing internal control/audit projects.
• Must be available during normal business hours (8 AM to 5 PM EST).
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Prior experience with audits and compliance assessments.
• Experience with accounting and financial statement preparation.
