About the Role

We are seeking an Experienced Legal Records Retrieval Specialist to join our fully remote team at OpsArmy. In this role, you will manage end-to-end medical records retrieval for lawyers and specialty healthcare providers, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all documentation. What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end record retrieval for assigned customers and providers.
• Build, standardize, and continuously improve playbooks for high-volume hospitals, billing groups, and provider networks.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance by cleaning ROIs, affidavits, billing records, and complete document sets with zero rework.
• Identify workflow improvements and collaborate with engineering and product teams to help automate repetitive steps.
• Share learnings with teammates, standardize best practices, and raise quality standards.

Requirements

• Significant prior experience in legal record retrieval.
• Strong work ethic and ownership mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable calling provider offices.
• Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple requests without errors.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and workflows.
