Experience Butler - Luxury Rail Service

About the Role

As the Experience Butler remote, you will oversee and deliver a seamless, luxury experience for Celia’s private dining guests onboard the British Pullman, a Belmond Train. This exciting opportunity allows you to coordinate personalized arrangements and ensure flawless end-to-end service on the day of the guests’ trip. Reporting to the Train Manager, you will be part of a legacy of luxury, where your passion for excellence and storytelling in travel will shine.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the main point of contact for all Celia guests on the day of their trip, managing their expectations and ensuring their journey is meticulously executed.
• Oversee the execution and delivery of the Celia Private Dining Car experience, ensuring every detail is perfect.
• Liaise closely with other teams to ensure continuity of service and a flawless guest journey.
• Make all necessary arrangements based on guest preferences and package inclusions, managing bespoke arrangements including private transfers and exclusive access.
• Utilize your exceptional communication, organizational, and administrative skills to enhance the guest experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a similar role within high-end luxury hospitality, private client management, or bespoke events sector.
• Experience in relationship management, front office management, and/or hospitality duty management.
• Familiarity with luxury rail operations or unique private dining experiences is a plus.
• Proven ability to liaise with diverse internal teams and external partners.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and administrative skills.
