About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director - Change Management for our Asset & Wealth Management division at Goldman Sachs. This remote role offers the opportunity to lead high-priority initiatives that support our global businesses. You will collaborate with various teams to deliver impactful solutions that enhance our clients' investment strategies.

What You'll Do

  • Lead strategic cross-divisional initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality implementations.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident in engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Hands-on leadership experience with an ability to empower teams and drive effective performance.
  • Proficient in defining business cases, articulating challenges, and executing status reporting.
